The life of Akubi naisugai:
Akubi was brought to the life by a poor samuraifamily in the edge of kyoto.
At the moment he was born he did not scream as an ordinary child instead he did yawn.
When he had reached the age of 2 his parents put some money, a penzel and a katana in front of him to see which carrier we will choose.
Akubi did grab a nearby pilow instead and laughed loudly as he huged it and eventually felt to sleep.
When Akubi grown up he did became a extremly skillfull swordsman with a calm mind and high IQ.
He was called the smiling cobra because of his personallity and his very fast attacks as many of his killed enemies did not even react when their head was away from their shoulders.
Akubi was also known as a mercyful man with high principles.
Once he did even let the man who killed his father slip away cause he asked for mercy.
After that day his mother asked Akubi to make suicide also he choosed to do that and left the life as the smiling cobra, it turned out that he did became a legend that young boys and girls speaked of even today.
The life in the soul society:
Once Akubi has comitted suicide he was sent to the soul society by a soul reaper.
He did enter the rukongai and was brought into a new family.
he smiled toward them and became the childrens rolemodel for the whole district.
it did not took long time before he was discovered by the seireitei that invited him to the academy to become a fullsledged soulreaper.
He did accept the offer and was the first one who had graduated from the academy after 3 months and he was signed to the 8th squad of the seireitei.
Often he did flirt with the female vice captain of his squad and this had lead to many beatdowns, not just because of that also because he sometimes touch the ladies butts and steals their underwears.
Akubi became Captain accidently, he was challenged by the former captain because Akubi had offended his wife.
The fight lasted fr 6 hours and akubi did accidently used a shikai skill that made the former captains all internal organs explode.
After this accident Akubi had to take the role as the new captain althrough he did not want to but he was forced by the head captain.
But now some 100 years later he had finally got used to be in charge even if he is still a 100% slacker that prefers to watch the clouds and drink sake..

Zanpakutous appearance: It looks like the blade he holds in his hand on the picture, it got a blue handle and is 90 cm long.
It looks like and ordinary katana.

Shikai Appearance: It still looks like is unreleased zanpakuto.

Ability: Akubis speed is greatly increased also his reflex is increased.

when he did really focus his mind and reiatsu with the wind he could feel persons nearby not only by their reiatsu but also their mood and heartbeats.
Once again he smiled before he heard a horde of angry womanvoices.
